The Brief of the project
The inspiration for this work is that when we go to the beach, we sometimes pick up a conch and then listen to the ocean's voice. That is the resonance of the white noise within the conch. The installation is a bizarre hybridization of Tutankhamun's face and a seashell structure. As we can see, the shell has a distinctive shape. Through the sound and the inner structure of the shells, the viewer can engage in a time-traveling imagination.

Our representation of black holes
The first prototype
Each of our group members recorded what we thought was The sound of a black hole
We made a telescope with cardboard and we printed pictures of black holes with tracing paper. When the telescope is facing the sun's direction, the black hole image will be presented to you.
The second prototype
The body of the fountain is made of white plaster. First, we run the fountain with black water. Then the black water flows down from the top and gradually soaks into the white fountain, creating a mottled trail. The black water circulates from the top down as if it were a black hole absorbing the surrounding material and growing. After numerous cycles, the plaster absorbs the black colour, turning the whole fountain completely black.
